Our 30-Day Satisfaction Policy
We want you to be happy with your BuzzCraft order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Because our products are dietary supplements, we can accept returns only on items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For safety reasons we cannot accept opened or used supplements, except where the product is defective or was not what you ordered.
How to start a return
- Email us at BuzzCraft.Shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before we approve the return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post it). Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used supplements (unless defective), gift cards, and items purchased on final-sale promotions.

Shipping Policy
BuzzCraft currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Flat-rate $5.00 standard shipping on orders under $50.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery usually takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address, but we will always help where we can.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is damaged or hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipping, email us at BuzzCraft.Shop@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
