About Forslean
Coleus forskohlii is the only known plant source of forskolin, which increases cellular concentrations of cyclic AMP (cAMP) and cAMP-mediated functions, via activation of the enzyme adenylate cyclase. This prompts hormone production and release, as well as stimulating thyroid hormone T4 to convert to active T3.*
